SKIPPY AND THE HOLY GOALIE CELEBRATE CELTIC VICTORY

This afternoon in Paradise, Celtic humped the Huns 3-2 to go five points clear at the SPL summit and naturally enough two-goal Hoops hero Scott McDonald celebrated, as did Artur Boruc, the Holy Goalie.

Scott McDonald fired home Celtic's opening goal in 4th minute when the Celtic striker latched on to Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink's headed knockdown.

However, in the 17th minute, the Huns equalised via a David Weir header from a Steve Davis corner kick, and in the 29th minute, the Huns seized a 2-1 lead from a Daniel Cousin header, again from a Davis corner kick.

Celtic fought back and Scott McDonald's shot looped high and into the net in the 43rd minute to restore parity at 2-2.

Celtic dominated the second-half and deservedly took a 3-2 lead in the 70th minute after Scott McDonald was fouled in the penalty box. Barry Robson hammered home the match-winning goal from the spot kick and Celtic comfortably coasted to the all-important victory.

CELTIC 3 The Huns 2 and Celtic move five points clear at the SPL summit with three matches remaining. The Huns have six League matches remaining, but with four of these games away from Ipox and the season taking its toll on TFOD in terms of injuries, fatigue and suspensions, the Championship race is most definitely still on.

After Celtic's triumph, Scott McDonald and Artur Boruc celebrated, the Holy Goalie removing his Celtic shirt to reveal a t-shirt that said “God Bless The Pope” and had a picture on it of the late Pope John Paul II.

Needless to say, the Holy Goalie has ignited rage amongst the permanently raging inmates of Fascist-Fascist, that bastion of humanitarianism, cultural understanding and religious tolerance.

Indeed, we look forward to Fuehrer-Fuehrer's political wing, the Rangers Supporters Trust commenting on precisely why the Huns are “incited to violence” by Artur Boruc's t-shirt and by Artur Boruc blessing himself.
