THE UNHOLY TRINITY – COLLUSION, CORRUPTION AND CHEATING

By Mal Content

If today's Daily Rectum (the Murray-manipulated, in-house tabloid of Rangers FC) is to be believed, then the Huns and the Laptop Loyal have been joined by the SFA and this unholy trinity is pressurising the SPL to extend the League season – again.

The League season has of course already been extended from the 18th May to the 22nd May to accommodate the Huns, but this cheating is not enough to satisfy Cheats FC's UEFA Cup and SPL ambitions.

And this cheating, collusion and corruption is not just about the UEFA Cup, but is about the UEFA Cup and the League.

On Monday, Murray (when you read ‘Bain' in the Laptop Loyal media, remember he is but a pawn of the Chairman – and this collusion and corruption has the stench of Murray) tried but failed to pressurise the SPL into extending the League season for a second time.

The SPL rejected the Huns' request to have this Saturday's Huns v Dundee United League match at Ipox postponed because it would have “knock on effects” for the rest of the SPL. In short, postponement would have meant another extension to the League season.

SPL spokesman Greg Mailer said: “The SPL has decided that we will be pressing on with the fixture model, which was announced on April 22, with the season to finish on May 22.”

Mailer continued: “We can confirm we have received a request from Rangers to postpone their fixture with Dundee United on Saturday. We are unable to do that for a number of different factors, one of which is the need for the final round of League matches to be played with simultaneous kick-off times.”

Mailer added: “This is necessary to ensure that no one club can gain an advantage over another club in terms of winning the Championship or qualification for Europe through the UEFA Cup.”

However, the SFA have now joined forces with the Huns and the Laptop Loyal to pressurise the SPL's Ian Blair and Lex Gold to satisfy the Huns' cheating agenda.

SFA chief executive Gordon ‘Catholics are the enemy' Smith's Hun credentials are well known to Timdom and SFA President George Peat is a “loyal friend of Rangers”.

That was you whooping and a-hollerin' in the Huns' Directors Box when the Huns beat Celtic 1-0 at the Death Star, wasn't it George?

Smith and Peat are so determined to assist the Huns they are prepared to change the date of the Scottish Cup Final to facilitate another extension to the League season for the Huns' benefit.

Peat is quoted in today's Daily Record.

Peat lied through his teeth: “It's not important that it's Rangers. What matters is that this country has to help one of its own clubs succeed in such a big arena. The SPL should be turning somersaults because a Scottish club are in a European final and must reconsider the decision not to postpone Saturday's match.”

Peat did Murray's bidding: “The Dundee United match can be moved and should be moved. We should all be doing our utmost to ensure the Scottish club's chances of winning in Europe are enhanced. I don't understand why it should be any other way. I really don't see why they can't move this game.”

Peat's no surrender: “The SPL have to tell the SFA when they will finish their season and we agree to that so we can then agree to a further extension. We have to accept these are exceptional circumstances. We have a Scottish club in a European final and if we can't help them there is something wrong. It would be exactly the same if it were Celtic, Aberdeen, Hibs, Motherwell, Dundee United, any of the others.”

Peat added: “There is an opportunity here to improve the Scottish profile. Everything possible should be done and that's what we'll be telling the SPL in the morning.”

Further fixture tampering and another extension to the League season for the Huns' benefit and to the detriment of others would be cheating as a consequence of collusion and corruption.

This MUST be resisted by Celtic Football Club, whatever it takes.
